Cancellation and No Show Policy

In the event of a cancellation or need to reschedule, please notify me within at least 24 hours of your scheduled service.

Any cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or missing the scheduled appointment without any notification are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the original cost of the scheduled services. This policy implementation is to recognize the importance of valued clients’ time as well mine.

Appointment Policies 

To keep the desired time slot for services it is recommended bookings be scheduled in advance (2-3 weeks). A valid form of payment will be required at the time of booking to hold the desired date. This will be the card charged in compliance with the Cancellation Policy if need be. Booking with a valid form of payment will also serve as an agreement to the financial obligations of services rendered or compliance with the Cancellation Policy. 

Product Return Policy 

It is our collective goal to provide you with the highest quality products not only during the time of service but in your home. I will accept exchanges of unopened products within 14 days of the original purchase date provided there is proof of purchase for a product for equal value or credit. Due to sanitation issues, I will not be able to exchange opened products.

Service Refund Policy

To ensure satisfaction, please contact me within a week if you are unsatisfied with your service. I strive to provide the highest quality of product and service and will provide an in-house credit. Unfortunately, we do not provide cash refunds. 

Personal Belongings 

Please do not bring unnecessary items of value to services. I am not responsible for lost or stolen items


To ensure the best service and agreement to all company policies, all provided forms must be filled out before the time of service

Arriving at Appointments

I ask that all clients text me at the time of arrival to ensure the safety of all clients during the COVID restrictions as well as to communicate any late arrivals

A combination of promotions or specials is not guaranteed. Please review all promotions and specials on the policy before purchase.
